HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner will work closely with the leaders to ensure all the HR systems and processes properly support strategic business aims. Be fully aware of all aspects of the business and the environment in which it operates, in order to be an effective strategic advisor to the management. Share the responsibility for improved business performance and make sure that the delivery of all HR services is excellent at all times.

Responsibilities

Employee relations

  • Ensure understanding and implementation of the HR policies
  • Managing disciplinary issues and grievances
  • Supporting business leaders in managing their teams

Induction and on-boarding

  • Develop content for the HR induction in line with the company guidelines
  • Deliver regular HR induction sessions
  • Ensure and monitor that Business, Technical and Customer experience inductions are taking place
  • Supporting business leaders in onboarding new joiners

Performance Management

  • Ensure implementation of the Performance management procedures including target setting, target appraisals and translation into bonus percentage
  • Ensure proper management of the Performance Improvement Plans
  • Ensure proper inflow of the performance feedback into succession planning

Learning and Development

  • Support organizational learning through knowledge-sharing initiatives and sessions
  • Source external training providers in line with the Company guidelines
  • Manage e-learning activities in line with the Company guidelines
  • Manage bonding agreements

Organizational design & development

  • Ensure Role Descriptions exist for all the positions within the scope and are in line with the Company guidelines
  • Understand interdepartmental dependencies and together with business leaders develop career paths
  • Work with business leaders to ensure business continuity in terms of successors for the key roles

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR roles
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Business Partnering
  • HR administration (in-depth understanding)
  • Experience in hi-tech, engineering organization
  • Stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Excellent at communicating in spoken and written English
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment
