We are looking for an experienced and versatile Brand Manager to manage a portfolio of Codematics Key sub brands and drive business results.

After gaining a deep understanding of our solution, value propositions and competitive landscape, you will develop a marketing strategy to support our business objectives.  You will lead all Marketing and Sales activities for specific key brands and engage with multi-disciplinary teams (including B2B, Marketing, Marketing Tech, Etc) to develop top strategies for your brand’s success.

You will carry out various types of marketing responsibilities, including content creation, product positioning messaging, public relations, and event marketing.

  • Gain a deep understanding of the target market
  • Determine effective marketing strategies to drive revenue goals
  • Create marketing strategy, establish marketing goals, objectives, and tasks and track performance
  • Content Marketing: Collaborate with our Marketing division to create a content calendar, ideate product launches, and craft new angles for videos, blogs, posts, and emails.
  • Product Marketing: Craft product positioning, narratives, and messaging to align product, sales, and marketing teams, and consistently optimize website and marketing funnels.
  • Demand Generation: Create demand through various online and offline marketing initiatives such as PR, events, online seminars, workshops, podcast, etc.
  • Social Media Marketing: Take ownership and manage the brand’s social media accounts and other marketing channels.
  • Partnerships: Build strong partnerships with affiliates, corporates and partners to promote the sub-brands and unlock new opportunities.


  • 4-6  years experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of growing a brand via social media and storytelling.
  • Mission-driven and passionate about distributing life-changing messages across platforms.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally
  • Experience managing a brand across multiple markets
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Strong communication skills
  • Project management experience, with a solid understanding of project management principles and techniques
  • Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trend
