The Hiring Process

Here’s a look at what you can expect if you apply to join us. We know that one-size doesn’t fit all, so the hiring process may vary by the position and team you’re applying for.

The Introductory Call

If we’re excited by your application, a recruiter will give you a quick phone call to find out more about you. You can also ask any questions you have. Depending on the role, you may then be asked to complete a short assignment.

Meet the Hiring Manager

Next, you’ll meet the hiring manager. We think it’s important you meet who you’ll be reporting to, as you’ll be working together closely. The call will only take 30 minutes, and is a great chance for us to learn more about each other.

The Resume Deep Dive

It’s time for a deep dive into your resume and experience. Don’t panic, we just want to know more about you, and make sure all of your questions are answered. We’ll also ask for references and find out who you recommend we speak to for your employment history.

Codematics Offer

Once we’ve both decided it’s a great match, we’ll make a competitive offer to bring you onboard and get you doing the best work of your life. Once you accept, we’ll officially welcome you to the Codematics team. We’ll also send you a contract with all the details of your employment.
